 To be defined organic, a cosmetic must contain a minimum of 95% organic ingredients and there must be no compounds of petroleum origin, paraffin, formaldehyde and dyes of synthetic origin

How Long will it take to see a difference in my skin?

Natural and organic skin care have a balancing, detoxifying effect which is a long-term program with ongoing results. For some products, you may see a difference immediately, as skin gets a super-dose of nutrients and moisture. For other products,  the repair work is happening at the deeper layers of the skin and results may take a few months. Generally, most people new to our brands will see a visible difference and improved skin health within a couple of weeks and an improvement in skin conditions such as wrinkles and hyperpigmentation within two months.

Plant based ingredients have active constituents like antioxidants, carotenoids, flavonoids, polyphenols, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids that encourage the skin to regenerate, hydrate, tone, stimulate, heal, nourish, relax, and tighten.

Do natural ingredients really work?

Plant based cosmetics work in the same way that nutrients work in food. Our bodies will absorb what they require. Why should I avoid chemicals in skincare products?

Your skin is extremely permeable. They have a cosmeceutical effect that targets more than one concern. Moisturisers offer hydration and protection and assist to seal in the nutrients. They should contain a balanced concentration of emollients, including plant based oils that contain essential fatty acids to rejuvenate and repair the skin.

Why do I need to Exfoliate?

As our skin ages or is exposed to harsh environmental factors it becomes less effective at desquamation, which is the process of old skin cells shedding. Dead and dehydrated skin cells tend to accumulate on the surface. This causes dullness, fine lines, overproduction of oil, congestion, blackheads, dryness and inhibits products absorption.

Why is it important to use a cleanser?

Cleansing is the first step to achieve great skin. If your skin is not sufficiently clean, dead skin cells and bacteria can cause the skin to become dull, flaky and prone to clogged pores and congestion. Regular cleansing with a pH balanced formula prepares the skin for the application and penetration of further products.

When should I moisturise?

Moisturisers should be used after cleansing and toning to re-hydrate and deeply nourish the skin. They are formulated to create a protective barrier against oxidants and moisture loss. Apply after cleansing and toning. Note areas of dryness/oiliness on particular areas of the face. If the skin is producing sufficient oil in certain areas, then leave it be.

I have sensitive skin and sometimes suffer from allergies. Are your products suitable?

1. Start with the basics - a cleanser and moisturiser.
2. Make the change gradually, once you see a positive skin reaction, start to add a new product (essence , toner , serum , AHA )
3. Avoid applying strong active ingredients such as high percentage of retinols, or vitamin C.

All ingredients are generally safe for all skin types, but some people may still have individual allergies to certain plant botanicals. The same holds true for any cosmetic or food ingredient.

How long does it take for you to receive the order? 

We usually start processing orders as soon as they are received. We dispatch orders all week long. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours though it may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day.

When will my order arrive?

Orders should be received within the following time frame AFTER it has been dispatched: Domestic - Standard shipping: 1-2 business days, between 8am-8pm.

Can I cancel or change my order/shipping address?

An order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed and you have confirmation. We are not able to make any exceptions.

What if a product is out of stock? 

The website usually reflects the most up-to-date inventory. However, due to high demand, inventory shown as available may actually be unavailable or out of stock. In this case, we will contact you via email to check if you would like to receive your shipment without that item, or if you would like us to help you find a replacement for the unavailable item.
