All orders are processed for shipping within 1-2 business days from Saturday to Thursday.
Orders placed after 04:00 P.M. will not be processed for shipping until the following business day.

Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:
Cosmetics must be returned without opening and/or using the product while maintaining no damage to the outer packaging.
(unopened, unused, unmarked and not disfigured) Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
