Damask Rose Oil (Rosa Damascena Oil):

When diluted and used over an extended period, can help with broken capillaries. Rose oil also has astringent, toning and anti-inflammatory properties. It is particularly suitable for the sensitive skin around the eyes. It soothes the eye contour and reduces puffiness and dark circles.
